Switched the naming to match the PHB module. It now appears as 4E Monster Manual.
Fixed some issues with the definition.xml involving the encoding line.
Modified the parser to auto compile the module and move it into the FG directory when it completes a run.
Corrected an error with one of the Ancient Blue Dragon's powers. A typo caused the dice section of the recharge to appear in the keywords element.
