MM 01.00.00, DMG 01.00.00

Added the data from Dungeon 156 - The Haunting of Kincep Mansion.
Fixed the spurious 0 speed entry on some creatures (goblins for example).

I even left in the misspelled attack. I decided not to import the shield guardian with +97 Initiative.
