Parse parse parse and parse some more

Since I love parsing, I started work on the Magic items in the PHB. I'm probably 80% of the way there depending on what JPG wants to do with the data in the ruleset. I haven't parsed the LVL section apart, but I did parse the powers apart. The powers were a simplified version of the MM powers so that didn't take long.

I even wrote a half baked output routine to export some sample data.
