I assumed the weapon and armor go from +1 to +5. The bonus data was missing from the printed stat blocks. I also fixed an issue where the group tag didn't work if defined on the last block of Monster Manual fluff data.

Parsed all the data from Dragon 366 - Mithrendain, Citadel of the FeyWild
