FR Campaign Guide

After wading through LUA it was nice to get back to the Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide. I finished up my first pass at the threats yesterday. Today I tackled the lore. There's some new changes . Several NPCs have a lore that specifies a Skill DC ##: instead of the old DC ##: I adjusted the lore formatting routine to compensate.
