Effect Fixes and improvements

My latest version of changes survived my Tuesday game with only minor fixes needed. Onward and upward for my Thursday session:

* Fixed the Critical, Automatic miss message so it shows up when player attacks are set to Report/Off

* Added support for dropping effects onto Tokens

* Added Effects to the powers mini sheet

Nothing becomes official until moon_wizard looks it over, tests it and integrates it into the final version of code.

He's been busy the past few weeks, but he's started looking over my changes and adding some of his own. I have no idea how long it will take him to get through everything I've messed around with.

Once he's done, I usually get a final development build and then run test sessions. Testing usually takes at least a week, longer if anyone finds something that's broken.

If I had to guess, I'd say early Feb if he tries to put all the changes in.

Fair enough J. Really looking forward to it. I want to start a new campaign sometime in early spring! This will be a nice help.
